Thank you for choosing to book with SWISH LDN!🧡 Preparation There is no preparation needed when booking an appointment with me, only to make sure your hair is detangled as best as you possibly can. If you are having a treatment then a wash and blowdry is included in your service. If unsure please read the details in the section you’re booking under. On Arrival Im based in Custom House and the closest station is Custom House for Excel! The postcode is E16 3PG and you can put the landmark “Sushi Katana” into your maps, I’m in the building right next door. There is limited parking, on Sophia Road E16 and there is bay parking opposite the park. There are a few buses that take you just a short walk away, the bus stop is Canning Town Recreation Ground. There is a late fee of £20 if you are more than 20mins late, after 30mins your appointment will be cancelled! Premium Bookings Monday’s and Sunday’s are premium days. Thursdays are late nights. Every weekday has a premium 8:30am appointment available. Tuesday & Wednesday are quieter days for 1-1 appointments. Memberships These are heavily discounted and operate as a recurring monthly subscription. Once the memberships hit capacity they are turned off and only function for those currently on it. Missed payments will automatically remove you off the membership and you may have to wait until it’s reopened again to re-join so please understand this is a commitment. The memberships are as they state which means you have unlimited appointments to book for the month. You are able to book in advance ALL the appointments you require for the month up until 4 days prior to the renewal of your subscription payment. Memberships are reopened every 2 months if capacity is hit so please be on the look out for notifications on instagram when they reopen again.
